Series Philemon - Partners in Service

What are the qualities of a strong leader? Some would say vision, charisma, insight, or determination would be part of that formula—and those qualities are not insignificant. However, in the first half of Paul's short letter to his friend, Philemon, we see a heart characteristic that is key to both spiritual leadership and spiritual service. The heart of service is one of teamwork, humility, and service. This week, we learn with Paul that a heart of ministry is, at its core, a heart that is willing to serve collaboratively with others.
