Series The Power of the Spirit

The night before the cross, Jesus shocked His followers by telling them He was going away—and they could not follow Him. But, He also made it clear that He would not abandon them. During Jesus’ “upper room discourse,” He also offers them the hope and encouragement of the promise that He would send another Helper—the Holy Spirit. This promise is also real for every follower of Christ, for the Holy Spirit is God’s provision for our lives as well. As the DTW team considers the power, presence, and person of the Spirit, we will find the richness of this person Jesus has sent to us to help us as we live for Him.
