Series Holy, Holey, Wholly

One of our favorite hymns is “Holy, Holy, Holy.” The brave baritone, swooping soprano and edgy alto. The fancy God-words about the three-Person godhead calling us forward to God. Except when we really consider God’s utter holiness, we draw back. How can unholy we approach the completely holy God? Maybe God provides a way – through His holy Son, Jesus? Discover the Gospel in a variation of the title of this great hymn. Be part of the group with Mart and Elisa and Bill and Daniel for "Holy, Holey, Wholly" this week.

How Should We Respond To God’s Holiness?

If there’s one word that describes God, it’s the word “holy.” But to imperfect humans, the idea of holiness seems foreign, exclusive, even a little scary. Begin a new series called “Holy, Holey, Wholly,” today on Discover the Word!

Part 5 - 10/11/19

Holiness Is Not Something We Can Achieve On Our Own

Aside from Jesus Christ, no human being has ever lived a perfect, flawless life. So, if we can’t be perfect, then why would God call us to be holy? Today on Discover the Word, the team will remind us that holiness isn’t something we can achieve on our own, and that’s okay! Don’t miss the conclusion of their series “Holy, Holey, Wholly”, today on Discover the Word!
