What was your relationship like with your mom? Positive? Negative? We talk a lot about God being Our Father… you know, the one in Heaven who has a hallowed name. But there are a few places in the Bible where God is described in motherly terms, so the group thought it might be fun to explore some of those places together. And as we do, maybe keep this question in mind: how does God being like a mother help us get a sense of who God is, what God does, and how God relates to us?
