Episode One and Many | Week 2
We live in a day of conflict. Over how to vote, how to parent and how to respond in a pandemic. In the early church, followers of Christ struggled with conflict as well, taking different positions on how to express and live out belief in Jesus. The Apostle Paul wrote many letters to various churches and one of his ongoing themes was unity. In Ephesians 4, Paul offers a summary list of what we as believers can hold in common together and where we need to stand as “ONE.” Then he moves on to explain that it’s only when we each invest our MANY unique, multifaceted and diverse gifts in the communal body that we will reach maturity in Christ. ONE and MANY. How might our faith and our churches be stronger if we followed Paul’s advice today?
Chapter 6

Chapter 9
Confrontation isn’t comfortable, but it’s an essential part of our spiritual maturity. In this chapter, you’ll be challenged to see disagreements not as setbacks, but as stepping stones in God’s big story to unite believers in the body of Christ.
Chapter 10
It’s easy to be nice to people who agree with you, but God challenges us to “bear with one another,” despite our differences. It isn’t easy, but it is what’s required within the body of Christ! In this chapter, you’ll be encouraged to embrace the big, diverse body of Christ.
