What is the difference between wanting to please and being a pleaser? It lands on our motives—for a desire to please for the welfare of another is very different than pleasing with a primary goal of rewarding self. This is where we want to land this week, as we consider together what it means to please God—what does please Him and what doesn’t please Him—as we explore the Scriptures together.
